Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) is an elected group of students representing the needs of Motlow's student body, led by a president elected by the entire student body.
SGA represents the student body at events on Motlow's campuses, including the college's Leadership Council. SGA is involved in planning and executing events on every campus, from Weeks of Welcome to finals week celebrations. All Motlow students are encouraged to attend SGA meetings and voice their concerns or ideas.
PLANNING FOR GRADUATION
Graduation day is the culmination of your hard work. A degree from Motlow empowers you to advance to your next level.
You have a vast array of support services while you are a student at Motlow. All are designed to work together to assist you towards your goal. If that goal is graduation, then the time to start planning is when you enroll at Motlow. There are multiple steps required in addition to completing your coursework.

Student Success and Workforce Development is the mission of Motlow. That is why, when we see one of our students succeed, we want to acknowledge that success and commend them for their hard work. Lieutenant Jeff Prater with TWRA Region 4 attended Motlow College at the McMinnville Center in the early 90s and has used his medical training to make a significant impact.
In the fall of 2023, the Motlow State Mechatronics department was awarded a Perkins Reserve Grant to give instructors additional training, including Cognex Vision Systems, Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA), SolidWorks, and Programmable Logic Controllers.
On January 11, the Motlow State Athletics Department, led by Athletic Director Ross Fanning, will host the First Annual Bucks Benefit Dinner. The event will be in the Moore County campus's Nisbett Center from 5 to 8 pm and will feature a three-course meal, special guest speaker, and silent auction.
