Motlow as the Host Institution: You must be enrolled at Motlow State as a transient student. You must contact the Financial Aid Office at your other institution (the Home institution) to request a Consortium Agreement. Motlow cannot complete/submit the form to your Home institution until you have satisfied payment for your course(s) at Motlow, either via payment in full or an approved payment plan.
A new consortium agreement must be completed each semester.
