Email Signature

Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the official Motlow State email signature in all correspondence. Using a consistent, branded email signature across campus helps strengthen the college's visual identity.

1. Highlight the entire signature below (including the social media icons) and press Ctrl-C to copy it
2. Paste the signature (Ctrl-V) into your Outlook signature editor
   (File > Options > Mail > Signatures)
3. Change the Name, Title, Department, Phone number, and Email address to your info
4. For best results, set your default message format to HTML
