HEALTH SCIENCES
The Health Sciences Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at Motlow provides an option of study for students who want to pursue a career in health care. Some students enter this training and then, if accepted, transfer into a nursing program or an allied health program.
The associate degree in Health Sciences prepares graduates to work in diverse roles in the healthcare industry. Students who earn their Health Sciences A.S. degrees leave with a broad educational foundation in anatomy, physiology, biology, chemistry, nutrition, pathophysiology, and physics.
Students who enroll in Motlow’s Health Sciences A.S. learn how to improve individual and public health through the lens of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
